Vintage STOVE by Chambers Gas model A. Listing corrected to include this information from an expert restorer in New Jersey who was kind enough to share it with me.

Hi, just as an FYI, this is a Model B, not A. Early model Bs had black handles and black tops, but the two dead giveaways that is not an A are 1 the thumb latches are flat and chrome and 2 the front panel is one solid piece, not split between the oven and the pantry. This was likely made between 1939 and the mid 40s. The serial number would nail it precisely. The item "Vintage STOVE by Chambers Gas model B 1939-46.
