Very Nice Hand Painted Old Antique Chinese Blue & White Footed Bowl Dish

Hand thrown with a fancy border. I presume its Chinese but i'm not sure. It is in good condition see photos. It is 26.3cm across. Please look at the photographs carefully as they are part of the description.
