Rare Penny Play Pal Doll. Marked on her neck and on her back Ideal. Her arms are very very loose and swing freely out of the socket. By her neck on the body there is a fold or a small split of some sort. May have came that way and one eye doesn't open close all the way sometimes. You can manually move it. Hands needs washed and one has a small spot that may not come off.
