Old Antique Vtg Ca 1890s Double Rose Wreath Doll Size Quilt 16.5 X 20 Very Nice

This offering is for an antique circa 1890's doll quilt. 16.5" by 20" and the pattern consists of two small rose wreaths on a creamy background with a matching green binding.

The quilt was entirely hand sewn and hand quilted. The stitching is quite nice with app. 12 stitches to the inch and the quilting was done in.

The green in the wreaths and matching binder have faded over the years and the quilt has overall yellowing and minor surface soiling. There are no rips, tears or repairs and it appears the quilt was stretched on a frame at some point as it has one side of a Velcro strip that has been sewn to the back side, this could easily be removed if you desired with no ill effect.
