Nice Antique Gold-Filled Onyx, Bloodstone Reversible Fob Pendant With Chain

Antique Victorian rose-gold filled reversible swivel watch fob pendant with rose gold-filled 18 curb link chain. This listing features a nice antique watch fob that is 1 5/16" long, including the bail, by 5/8" wide by nearly 3/8 deep and that weighs 10.2 grams.

It is set with onyx on one side and sardonyx or carnelian on the other side. This pendant/fob is also a locket, although it has been soldered shut along the opening edge at some point. This could be undone by any competent bench jeweler. The fob swivels nicely but is reasonably tight and holds well. It hangs on a nice antique/vintage gold-filled curb link chain that is in very good condition.

The fob/pendant has some areas of metal wear. The onyx stone moves in the setting. The carnelian has a tiny chip out of one corner edge.

I have reduced the price on this piece due to these issues. This is a pleasing piece of history overall. Any display items pictured are not included.
