Large antique bookcase, Very nice

I'm told it looks to be made in the 40's, don't know what wood is used, cherry, mahogany I don't know enough about wood, sure ain't pine. It's a very dark brown, looks almost black, unless your using a flash then the pics come out a lighter brown, but know, it is dark. Lost the key so you'll have to replace lock, find an antique key that works, or just not worry about it like me.
