A Very Nice Set of 4 Mahogany Centennial Chippendale Style Chairs, Circa 1880's

A Very Nice Set of 4 Mahogany Centennial Chippendale Style Chairs, Circa 1880's. Centennial Era, 1870's to 1890's. Probably made in the Northeast or Mid Atlantic region. Most likely from the Philadelphia Area. 2 Arm Chairs, and 2 side chairs.

Nicely shaped splats, and carved shells, with carved triffid feet. Slip Seats, with modern upholstery.

Size: 21" wide, 16 1/2" deep, 40" tall, 17 1/2" seat height. Condition: Overall decent condition for the age. They do show signs of use, considering they are 140 years old.

Typical wear and use marks from age, and use. 2 chairs have old splat/shoe break out repairs. The seats will probably need to be recovered. Items not picked up within six months will be considered abandoned, unless prior arrangements have been made.
