1772 LARGE antique family Holy Bible Old & New Testaments VERY NICE

This Bible is an exceptional piece of history... 248 years old and still holding strong. 11" tall X 9" wide and 2 3/8 thick. Printing date of 1772 on Old and New Testament title pages. This looks to me to be original.

Covers are still attached and open and close easily. Front hinge is worn through and front cover is attached, quite well I might add, with binding ropes 5th. Rear hinge is less deteriorated. Picture also shows the top and bottom portions of leather spine are worn down as the covers are about 1/4 longer at top and bottom. Name gilded on front cover and family history hand written on a front blank page and the reverse of the New Testament cover page.

After going through this Bible numerous times, those are the main downfalls I found and considered when pricing.
