Vintage Strawberry Shortcake Berry Happy Home Doll House & Furniture Very Nice! Preowned but in very good cosmetic condition. It is in played with condition.

Has a small broken spot on base and some of the stone stickers on base and chimney are missing. It is missing 3 or 4 small pieces where the walls and decorative pieces come together but they do not affect structural stability. It is good and stable when constucted but I would not treat roughly or put a lot of weight on it as it is older and more brittle due to age. All pieces of the home are present, nothing is missing, except a few stone stickers as mentioned earlier. All the furnishings are present and in good condition.

Some of the fabric pieces are a little soiled but I will let next owner decide to clean them or not. Has two flooring paper decals that are a little soiled due to age and use.

Part of base shows signs of fading due to age. That is most of its faults but it was played with and it is old. The good news is it is complete and in very nice condition for its age. It is sturdy and would make a nice showpiece for a collector. Will not have to look for furnishings for this house!

Also included are the original assembly instructions. But the instructions are simple and straightforward to help in reconstruction. Please see photos for condition.
