This offering is for an antique early 19th century copper Betty or Grease Lamp. The lamp has a wonderful form with a hinged lift lid and it still has the original hanger and pick. 7" in overall height, 6.5" long and 3.75 wide. It looks like the lamp was originally tinned or nickel plated over the copper but almost all of it has worn away except on the underside. The copper hanging arch has had a little solder added over the years but for the most part the condition is outstanding.

The surface has not been cleaned in years and it has a beautiful patina. If additional photo's are needed or you have need of answers to questions we do not address we will be happy to supply them.
