This is a beautiful family Holy Bible dated 1882. This Bible is original with tooled leather covers. Measures 12 3/4" tall X 10" wide and 3 1/4 thick. Nickel plated brass clasp that functions fine. 6th picture show a separation that was starting on the bottom of the rear hinge (about 4) and 7th.

Picture shows a previous repair to reinforce the hinge on the inside with book tape (front hinge was also reinforced). Both covers are firmly attached and open and close easily. Family pages are have names in them. Slight foxing and water stains. All in all a very nice family Bible for being 138 years old.
